NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Ryan Pirkle

After graduating with my BS in Construction Science, I hit the market in 2010, not long after the financial crash... No one was building houses or developing Real Estate. So while bartending, I looked for any opportunity that I could to grow, learn, expand. To which I found one in Afghanistan.
In August, 2011 I signed a one-year contract as a defenses contractor managing scheduling and logistics for the US-Army. 
I learned more in that year than I could have imagined. 
I came home in September of 2012 and started my first company called Airemos, an inflatable structure company. 
We shut down that company in 2021 when Covid-19 took our Sri-Lankan workforce from 1,200'ish employees to 392. My product was forced off the assembly line. 
From 2021-2023 I was a USCG Master Captain for Outside Hilton Head/Outside Savannah giving nature tours, history tours, Sav port tours, and fishing trips. It was a blast! 
but wasn't going to fulfill my ambitions. So while driving the boats, I started learning and practicing in Real Estate Investments and became a Birddog Wholesaler. That's where this part of the story began... 

My Vision

I always knew I wanted to go far in life, so I work hard to be the best version of myself that I can be. In my 40 years I have learned one certainty. 
You can not do it alone. - Whatever "it" is. 
You need a team, you need support, you need a community to support you and to share your wins and losses with. 

That's my vision for Birddog REI Community. 

Why I Do It

A Yearn for knowledge. I am constantly seeking a flow state of mind that allows me to learn, create, expand my thoughts and abilities to share. I find myself to be at my happiest when I am learning, creating or sharing with other people. I feel that my calling is to facilitate this same atmosphere within localized geographic communities. Brining like minded people together to talk about growth, trading and investing in Real Estate.
